The meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM by Chairman Peggy Chalmers
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:
The Board deferred reviewing minutes of the September 4 meeting until November.

CONTINUATION:
Map 114, Lot 6, Heather Bell, Browns Hill Road, Major Subdivision
Peggy announced that the PB had received a letter from Robert Bell requesting that this hearing be postponed until the November 6 meeting. She had a copy of the letter available for the Board’s review.
Allan Davis made a motion that the hearing be postponed until November 6. Motion seconded by Philip Porter. Motion carried unanimously.
7:18 PM - The meeting was adjourned.
NOTE: Any hearings now open and under consideration by this board are continued to the next meeting of the Planning Board.
